Methodology
My teaching style is very hands-on and student-centered. Often times, the classroom environment is the only place that many ESL students are able to practice English and my goal is to ensure they are learning while getting the most use of the language as possible.
Background
Over the past 15 years, I have managed teams in various occupational fields, from retail/office settings to the non-profit sector. Regardless of where I was, team synergy, communication, and employee appreciation have always been at the core of my being. I strive to make everyone feel welcomed and wanted, regardless of the environment.
