ESL Teacher with a master degree, and 26 years of international experience.

Methodology

I all my lessons I focus on each individual learner's needs. However, I like to intergrade all four skill as much as possible. It's important that we together set a goal and that we all work hard in order to reach the goals set.

Background

Peter has 26 years experience working as an ESL instructor on a variety of levels with students from all walks of life: from elementary school to university students as well as from housewives to senior level business executives. He has taught in the US, Japan and several European countries. Peter has both an MA and BA in English/EFL, as well as a teaching certificate from Cambridge University (CELTA). Moreover, prior to his career in EFL, he worked as a professional musical bandleader as well as a drama teacher. This experience, in addition to his experience in EFL, has given him a vast area to draw inspiration from in his teaching and it has made him an extremely competent and well sought after instructor. Peter currently resides in New York City.
