Methodology

As a teacher, I try my best to make every lesson engaging and meaningful. I focus on scaffolding lessons so they are accessible to students and push them to grow. I believe that every child have the ability to achieve when given the right tools.

Background

I am a teacher with 16 years of teaching experience. I am a certified elementary school teacher, teaching grades Pre-K to 6th. I am also a certified ESL teacher for grades K-12. During my career I have spent most of my time working with students in grade K-3, this includes English language learners, gifted students, and students with disabilities.
