About Paul
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 14 years of professional teaching experience and a strong focus on student success. I have taught between 150 and 200 students of different backgrounds and learning levels, helping them gain confidence in English communication.
My teaching approach is based on personalized learning. I believe that understanding the student’s needs is the most important part of teaching. I customize lessons to match each student’s goals, whether for school, career, interviews, or daily conversation.
My lessons focus on building strong grammar skills, improving vocabulary, and developing natural speaking ability. I use clear explanations, practice activities, and real-world examples to make lessons practical and effective.
One of my main strengths is my ability to motivate students and reduce language anxiety. I create a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to speak freely. I track progress regularly and provide helpful guidance for improvement.
