Hello!

I am Zainab. I hold a university degree and a master's degree in History, and I am currently completing my 180-hour Level 5 TEFL Diploma which is one of the most comprehensive English teaching qualifications available anywhere in the world. But honestly the most important qualification I bring to every lesson is something no certificate can give you. I have been the struggling student myself.
I know what it feels like to want to communicate but not have the words. I know the frustration of studying English for years and still freezing in real conversations. That personal experience changed my entire life and it is the reason I became a teacher. I do not just understand the language. I understand the feeling of learning it.
My approach to ESOL teaching is completely practical and completely personal. Before I teach you a single word I take time to understand your life, your daily challenges, your goals and what you need English for most. Then I build every lesson around exactly that. Whether you need English for your workplace, for your children's school, for medical appointments, for job interviews or simply to feel more confident in your community, your lessons will always reflect your real life not a textbook.
I work with complete beginners who have never studied English before, with intermediate students who understand but struggle to speak, and with advanced students who want to polish their professional English for career growth. Every student is treated as an individual and every lesson is designed specifically for them.
My classroom has one golden rule that never changes. No judgment. Ever. You are welcome to make mistakes, ask any question and take as much time as you need. That safe and supportive environment is where real learning happens and where real confidence grows.
