About Anjalika

I’m a Computer Science Engineer and Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in technology consulting. I’m ITIL certified, Atlassian certified, and trained in IT Business Analysis (Operations), with hands-on expertise across tools like Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), HubSpot, Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.

In my professional journey, I’ve worked with organizations across Retail, Education, Government, and IT Services, supporting teams across North America. My role has involved everything from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation and adoption, meaning I don’t just know these tools, I’ve used them to solve real business problems and drive measurable outcomes.

• We start with a real-world scenario (e.g., managing a project, building a LinkedIn profile, setting up a CRM pipeline) so you understand why the tool matters
• You work alongside me step-by-step, applying the concept directly in the platform
• You complete a small task or exercise on your own, followed by feedback and improvements

What makes my approach different is the focus on application-based learning and outcomes. You won’t just learn Atlassian, Canva, HubSpot, or LinkedIn separately; you’ll understand how they fit into actual workflows used in companies. This helps you think and operate like a professional, not just a learner.
