About Emmanuelle
I worked for 4 years in the Tutorial Education Program - PET - Química at the Federal University of Paraná, in different projects that aimed to bring the University and High School closer. Acting as a monitor in the development and execution of experiments and visits to the Department of Chemistry for students from kindergarten to high school. For two semesters I worked in a postgraduate program in Chemistry of the Federal University of Paraná, aiming to acquire teaching practice in Higher Education, working in the discipline of Quantitative Analytical Chemistry - Electroanalytical, assisting the students in the execution of the experimental part , orientation in the preparation of scientific reports and resolution of theoretical exercises. I am currently a teacher in the public school system, working in classes of 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd high school in the approach to Teaching Chemistry.

I am Professor Manu, graduated in Bacharel and Licentiate in Chemistry by the Federal University of Paraná. In addition, I am a Master in Chemistry - with a focus on Electroanalytical Chemistry - also from the Federal University of Paraná. Since graduation, I have had the education in Chemistry as part of my training, being a Scholarship Program of the Tutorial Education Program (PET-Chemistry). This project motivated me a lot to seek a different approach to Chemistry, one that takes into account where Chemistry is present in our daily life and, like many processes and chemical reactions we already know and we can not correlate with the contents to which we are presented during the High school. Therefore, I always try to approach the contents, firstly, seeking the previous knowledge of the students and then, from there we will deepen our knowledge on the subject. This deepening is done from the explanation of the scientific concepts, but mainly by the training on the part of the student, which is usually done through the resolution of exercises - which is my favorite part. Exercise resolution is how we can use the chemical knowledge gained in the various problem situations that are proposed. These questions will be taken from various college entrance exams and textbooks so that the student can understand how and where our knowledge can be applied. You will be amazed at how Chemistry is part of your life and how much you already know about Chemistry and you can not imagine.
