About Eunice

I understand first-hand how overwhelming starting a fitness journey can feel. In the past, I struggled with body image and developed an unhealthy relationship with food, including cycles of binge eating. I remember how intimidating it was walking into the gym for the first time, and how confusing and conflicting the information online can be.

These experiences now shape how I coach.

With a background in medicine, I take an evidence-based approach to coaching, focusing on safe, realistic and sustainable progress. My approach is structured, realistic, and built around long-term sustainability—not quick fixes.

My goal is not only to help you achieve physical results, but to support you in building a healthier, more confident relationship with your body and your training.

I provide bespoke online fitness and nutrition coaching designed around your individual goals, lifestyle, and long-term health.

This is a structured, personalised coaching system focused on delivering sustainable results through intelligent training, tailored nutrition, and consistent support.

My coaching combines clinical knowledge with practical experience to deliver an evidence-based, structured approach that prioritises safety, sustainability, and long-term progress. There is no one-size-fits-all method and everything is adapted to YOU.

Optional live sessions can be arranged if you would benefit from additional guidance with exercise technique or confidence in the gym.
