About Benedict

With 11 years of experience in teaching Spanish, I specialise in working with high school and college students who want to build strong language skills. Throughout my career, I have guided students from different academic backgrounds, helping them achieve success in exams and real-life communication.

My teaching philosophy is centred on personalised learning. I take time to understand each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and goals before planning lessons. This approach allows me to deliver focused instruction that supports steady improvement and long-term understanding.

I emphasise clear explanations, regular practice, and real-world usage of Spanish. My lessons include grammar fundamentals, vocabulary development, pronunciation, and conversation practice. I also introduce cultural elements to make learning more engaging and meaningful.

I believe in creating a positive and respectful learning space. Through patience, clear communication, and continuous support, I help students gain confidence and independence in using Spanish effectively.

About the lesson

My Spanish teaching approach is student-centred, practical, and creative. I focus on helping students understand Spanish clearly and apply it confidently in everyday situations.

I use creative tools such as dialogues, role plays, storytelling, visuals, and interactive exercises. Grammar and vocabulary are taught gradually and applied immediately in speaking and writing exercises.

As a mentor, I encourage critical thinking by helping students analyse sentence structures, identify mistakes, and correct them independently. I guide students to build logical understanding and confidence.

Accountability is maintained through regular assignments, practice exercises, and progress checks. Students are encouraged to stay disciplined, consistent, and motivated.

In addition to Spanish, I also teach communication skills, pronunciation improvement, vocabulary development, cultural understanding, and exam-focused strategies. My aim is to create confident and fluent Spanish learners.
