About Maya

My interest in Excel and data analysis developed while working with business information systems and understanding how organized data supports better planning and decision-making. This curiosity motivated me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics and begin training students and professionals in spreadsheet tools and reporting systems.

For the past 6 years, I have guided learners through Excel concepts using practical datasets, interactive exercises, and productivity-focused teaching methods. I enjoy helping students simplify advanced spreadsheet features and apply them effectively in academic and workplace settings.

I believe technical learning should always be practical and application-oriented. My goal is to help learners build confidence with Excel, strengthen analytical thinking, and improve professional efficiency through effective spreadsheet management and data interpretation skills.

About the lesson

My Excel lessons focus on helping students and professionals work confidently with spreadsheets, business reports, and data analysis tools through practical exercises and real-world scenarios. I teach formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards, lookup functions, conditional formatting, and data organization techniques that improve efficiency and decision-making abilities. Students learn how to transform raw information into meaningful insights using organized spreadsheet systems.

Classes are customized according to the learner’s current knowledge and professional goals. Beginners focus on worksheet formatting, essential formulas, and spreadsheet navigation. Intermediate learners strengthen data analysis, chart visualization, and reporting methods. Advanced students work on dashboard creation, automation, macros, and advanced spreadsheet management techniques. Practical assignments improve speed, confidence, and technical accuracy while handling data-driven tasks.

My objective is to help learners become highly productive and organized while working with modern data systems. Through hands-on learning and structured practice, students gain valuable technical skills useful for business operations, finance, administration, analytics, and professional reporting environments.
