About Daphne
My professional exposure to data-driven environments highlighted how essential Excel is across industries. This inspired me to pursue a B.Sc in Business Information Systems and an M.Sc in Data Analytics. Over 13 years of teaching, I have guided learners from basic spreadsheet use to advanced analytical competence.
I believe Excel should be taught in a calm, structured way that removes fear. My teaching style emphasizes understanding the purpose behind each function and building skills progressively. I encourage learners to practice actively and ask questions freely.
Outside teaching, I remain engaged with data analysis trends, reporting tools, and evolving Excel features. Teaching Excel is rewarding because I see learners gain independence, efficiency, and confidence in a highly practical skill.

I introduce spreadsheets step by step, explaining how data layout, formulas, and references work together to create reliable outcomes. Lessons are customized based on experience level. Beginners focus on spreadsheet navigation, clean formatting, simple formulas, charts, and data accuracy. Intermediate learners explore logical functions, lookup tools, pivot tables, and data validation techniques. Advanced learners work on dashboards, scenario modeling, advanced formulas, and workflow efficiency. Each lesson includes guided practice, error analysis, and clear feedback to reinforce learning.
