About Elle

I am an Excel instructor with 8 years of teaching experience and a B.Com in Business Analytics, driven by a passion for helping people feel confident around data. My academic background trained me to see spreadsheets as decision-making tools rather than static tables, and I bring that mindset into every lesson. Over the years, I have worked with students, professionals, and career-switchers who wanted clarity, structure, and practical confidence in Excel. My teaching philosophy centers on patience, clarity, and relevance. I believe learners succeed when they understand purpose, not just procedure. I take time to explain concepts in plain language, connect features to real-world needs, and adapt pacing to individual comfort levels. I value steady progress over rushed results and encourage learners to ask questions freely without fear of judgment. Outside of teaching, I continue refining my skills through data projects, reporting tasks, and analytical problem-solving. This keeps my lessons grounded in real use cases rather than theory alone. Teaching Excel is meaningful to me because it removes fear around numbers and replaces it with control and insight. About the lesson

Excel becomes a powerful thinking tool when learners understand not just where to click, but why each action matters. My lessons focus on building a deep relationship with spreadsheets through structured exploration of data layout, formulas, logical functions, and clean formatting practices. I guide students to see Excel as a space for clarity, not confusion, where numbers tell stories and decisions become easier. Each lesson begins with real-life contexts such as budgeting, reporting, tracking, or analysis, so learners immediately see value. I explain concepts slowly and clearly, making sure every step feels intentional and easy to follow. Questions are always welcome, and curiosity is encouraged throughout the session.

As lessons progress, students work with sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, lookup functions, and error handling in a calm, supportive way. I design activities that strengthen accuracy, attention to detail, and confidence when handling larger datasets. Learners practice organizing information logically, checking assumptions, and interpreting results instead of copying steps blindly.
