About Mila
My interest in Excel began with curiosity about how data can be organized and used to make better decisions. This led me to complete a Bachelor’s in Data Analytics, where I developed strong skills in spreadsheet tools and data handling. Over the past 7 years, I have taught students and working professionals, helping them build confidence in Excel. Teaching has become a meaningful part of my career.
My teaching approach is simple, structured, and hands-on. I break down each concept into small steps so students can understand easily. I use real-world examples and guided practice to make learning more effective. I also encourage students to practice regularly and ask questions freely so they can improve step by step.
Beyond teaching, I continue learning new Excel features and data tools to stay updated. This helps me keep my lessons practical and relevant. I believe Excel is not just a software but a powerful skill for decision making and productivity. My goal is to help students become confident, independent users who can manage data, create reports, and solve real-world problems efficiently with clarity and confidence.

My Excel lessons are designed to make learning simple, practical, and easy to apply in real situations. I begin with basic topics such as data entry, formatting, and simple formulas, explaining each step in very clear and simple English. I focus on helping students understand how Excel works instead of memorizing functions. I use real life examples like budgeting, attendance tracking, and expense management so students can connect learning with daily tasks. I also create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable practicing and asking questions.
As students improve, I introduce more advanced topics such as lookup functions, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools. I guide students step by step so they can handle real datasets with confidence. Practice exercises are included in every lesson to improve speed and accuracy. I also help students correct mistakes and understand better ways to solve problems. Each lesson is structured to build strong practical skills gradually over time.
Excel becomes powerful when students learn how to organize and analyze data efficiently. I help learners develop logical thinking so they can work independently with spreadsheets. Over time, students become more confident in handling reports and data tasks. My goal is to help students build strong Excel skills, improve productivity, and apply their knowledge effectively in academics, work, and real life situations with clarity and confidence.
