About Dániel

I’m Daniel, 34.

For a long time I honestly didn’t like Excel. Looking back, it already stressed me out at university, and later at work I felt it even more: “I should know this,” but at the same time I didn’t feel like dealing with it.

Then something shifted. When I learned to slow down, understand its errors, its logic, and the fact that there are often several good solutions to the same problem, Excel stopped being an enemy — and became a useful tool.

After countless real workplace tasks, misunderstandings, rushed “we need to put something together quickly” situations, I’d like to share what I’ve learned with people who struggle with building formulas, cleaning data, formatting, or even using PivotTables.

I mainly want to help people who:

are returning to the job market after a longer break

are preparing for a new job

feel unsure about their Excel skills

already use Excel, but mostly “by intuition”

About the lesson

I have typical Excel tasks in mind that are great for building skills step by step, but overall I prefer well-structured lessons tailored to your individual needs. I’ll show simplifications, shortcuts, and less common solutions too — and throughout I’ll pay attention to making sure you clearly understand what works and why (and where things usually go wrong).

Method / what I can help with

creating clear, easy-to-read spreadsheets

beginner and intermediate formulas (IF, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)

data cleaning, simple analyses

the logic behind financial, HR, and administrative reports

preparing files for leaders, colleagues, or clients

building a logical folder and file structure

faster, calmer work with less stress

What can you bring to a lesson? (and how it works safely)

You can bring your own examples — a previous task, a table, or a typical workplace situation where you got stuck.

Important: if it’s a very complex, multi-sheet, “a bit chaotic” Excel file, it’s best if you:

send it in advance, or

create an anonymized excerpt/sample from it,

and then we review it together.

That way we’re not “doing magic on the spot” in an unfamiliar system — we can move forward calmly and clearly, and you’ll get what you’re actually aiming for: usable logic, routine, and more stable confidence.
