About Audrey
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems and have 4 years of teaching experience working with students and professionals at different levels. My interest in Excel began through working with data and spreadsheets, which later developed into a passion for teaching.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and practical learning. I explain each concept step by step so students can understand and apply it easily. I use real-life examples, guided exercises, and structured lessons to help learners build confidence gradually. I also adapt my teaching style based on each student’s pace and comfort level.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy working on data-related projects and learning new tools related to analytics. Teaching Excel is very rewarding because I see learners improve their skills and confidence over time. Helping them use Excel effectively motivates me to continue teaching with dedication and care.

Excel becomes easier and more useful when students understand how to organize and analyze data instead of just memorizing formulas. My lessons are designed to build strong understanding in spreadsheet creation, formatting, formulas, functions, and charts through clear and structured explanations. I guide students step by step so they can learn how to handle data accurately and present it clearly. I also include practical exercises that reflect real-world tasks, helping learners apply their knowledge effectively. Each session is interactive and supportive, allowing students to practice comfortably and improve with confidence.
I structure lessons based on each student’s level and learning goals to ensure steady progress. Beginners focus on basic formatting, simple calculations, and understanding functions. Intermediate learners work on advanced formulas, sorting, filtering, and chart creation. Advanced students focus on data analysis, dashboards, and improving speed and accuracy. Practice tasks, revision strategies, and regular feedback are included to strengthen understanding and support continuous improvement.
Excel lessons also help students develop organization skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail. As they improve, they begin to complete tasks more efficiently and accurately. Many learners gain confidence when they see how useful Excel is in practical situations. My goal is to make Excel simple, practical, and confidence-building.
