About Ivy
My interest in Excel developed from a fascination with data organization, analysis, and efficiency. This led me to pursue a B.Sc in Information Systems, where I gained expertise in spreadsheets, data management, and productivity tools. Over 9 years, I have guided learners and professionals in mastering Excel, from basic operations to advanced analytics, fostering confidence, accuracy, and practical skill. I teach with patience, clarity, and adaptability, tailoring lessons to learners’ individual pace and goals. My approach uses practical exercises, real-world examples, and visual explanations to make abstract spreadsheet concepts concrete and engaging. I emphasize independent problem-solving, logical thinking, and exploration to help learners gain mastery and self-reliance. Outside the classroom, I explore emerging Excel features, productivity methods, and data analysis techniques. Integrating these insights into lessons ensures learners develop relevant, real-world skills. Intermediate lessons focus on functions, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and logical formulas. I guide students to analyze datasets, create insightful reports, and solve real-world problems using Excel tools. Emphasis is placed on practical application, structured reasoning, and workflow optimization, helping learners connect classroom exercises to professional or academic tasks.
