About Hazel
My fascination with Excel began as I explored how spreadsheets could organise, analyse, and visualise complex information efficiently. This led me to earn a B.Sc in Information Systems and an M.Sc in Data Analytics, equipping me with both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. Over 5 years, I have guided learners in mastering Excel for academic, professional, and personal applications.
I teach with clarity, patience, and interactive engagement. Lessons incorporate real-world examples, stepwise guidance, and hands-on exercises to ensure practical skill acquisition. I encourage students to think critically, experiment with tools, and explore functions independently, building both competence and confidence.
Outside teaching, I stay updated on Excel’s evolving features, data analytics techniques, and productivity tools to enrich lessons. Witnessing learners transition from hesitation to confident use of Excel is deeply rewarding. My goal is to help students develop skills that are immediately applicable, empowering them to analyse data, solve problems, and succeed in a variety of contexts.
