About Hannah
My interest in Excel began when I realized how much productivity and confidence can come from well-organized information. This led me to pursue a B.Sc in Business Information Technology and later an M.Sc in Data Analytics Systems, where I developed strong expertise in digital tools, data organization, and professional reporting. Over the past 13 years, I have helped students and professionals build Excel skills that support both academic success and workplace growth.
I teach with patience, clarity, and a highly practical approach. My lessons focus on ensuring students understand not only what to click, but why each tool works and how it can solve real problems. I encourage learners to ask questions, practice actively, and build confidence through structured milestones.
Outside teaching, I continue working with modern data tools, reporting systems, and productivity strategies that keep my lessons current and useful. Teaching Excel is fulfilling because I see learners gain confidence in a skill that directly improves their opportunities, organization, and professional strength.

Excel becomes a powerful tool when learners understand that it is more than just rows and columns—it is a system for organizing information, solving problems, and making smarter decisions with data. In my lessons, I teach students how to confidently work with spreadsheets through clear guidance in formulas, functions, charts, conditional formatting, and structured data management. I focus on helping learners feel comfortable navigating Excel step by step, building both technical skill and real workplace confidence.
Lessons are always adapted to the student’s experience level and goals. Beginners learn foundations such as formatting, basic calculations, and essential functions like SUM, IF, and COUNT. Intermediate learners develop skills in pivot tables, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and building professional reports. Advanced learners explore dashboards, forecasting tools, automation features, and spreadsheet modeling for business decision-making. Each session includes hands-on practice, real examples, and supportive feedback to ensure steady improvement.
Excel lessons also help students gain independence and efficiency in academic, business, and personal projects. Many learners feel empowered once they can manage data clearly and quickly. My goal is to help students become confident Excel users who can apply their skills in real-world situations.
