About Pat
I have an MA in English from William and Mary, one of the public Ivy League schools, as well as 30 years’ experience teaching in Virginia colleges and high schools. Always seeking to improve, I volunteered to teach Honors and Dual Enrollment classes which stretched students’ skills, whether they were speaking or writing. Each year I was the coach who took speakers and creative writers to state competitions. Being a published poet is an accomplishment I am pleased to share with others.
