Childhood back ground in Martial Art. Went to school for Massage Therapy. Studied hatha yoga. Went to a Western Mystery School. Always played with Shamanism and Psychic power. Enjoy Asian philosophy andspirituality . Very taoist and zen oriented. I have found for myself meditation is the master key to life and all inner knowledge.

My no nonsense approach is very Zen like.. You will receive very clear instruction from beginner to moderately advanced. My way is non conformist because meditation is an art form. However you still need to have a firm grasp of the basics founded in actual realistic methods handed down. No New- Age fluff, No Religious guru traps. Just simple instruction on my favorite art Meditation.
