About Jennifer

I am passionate about students' learning and enjoy celebrating their victories as they gain mastery in the necessary skills and knowledge necessary for the 21st century and beyond. I believe that each learner is different, having different needs, learning styles, and preferences, and is at different levels. It is therefore imperative to understand each learner to effectively plan and cater to their individual needs. All this can be achieved by building a positive teacher-student rapport with each student.

About the lesson

Understanding that the student is the most important person in any tutoring session is paramount to me. Thus, it is key that my lessons are tailored to build on the student's prior knowledge while meeting the required needs. 3rd- 7th Grades are my main focus.
