About Nolan

I am an experienced French tutor with 11 years of teaching experience, specialising in High School and College students, and I have successfully trained around 150 to 200 students. My teaching philosophy is centred on engagement and understanding.

I believe that students learn best when they are actively involved in the learning process, so I encourage them to ask questions, share ideas, and practise regularly. I focus on building a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary while also improving communication skills through speaking exercises.

I use simple explanations, real-life situations, and structured lessons to make learning effective. One of my key achievements is helping students who initially lacked confidence become comfortable and fluent in using French. I am dedicated to helping students achieve both academic success and long-term language skills.

About the lesson

My French teaching methodology focuses on helping students develop communication skills and confidence. I use real-life examples, case studies, and interactive exercises to make lessons practical and relatable. I follow a flexible teaching style, customising lessons to each student’s level, pace, and objectives.

Collaboration is an essential part of my approach, and I encourage students to participate in discussions, exercises, and role-plays that strengthen both fluency and understanding. I also maintain a compassionate and supportive environment, allowing students to learn from mistakes without pressure.

Along with French, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, reading, writing, and cultural elements to provide a well-rounded learning experience.
