About Paula
I started cooking when I was 5 years old. I made my first full Thanksgiving Dinner for my family of 13 when I was 17 years old. I started my own Cottage bakery in 2016 and still take a few clients a month. I've been an executive chef, a personal chef, and I have learned how to teach and mentor other chefs in those rolls.

First we will establish your goals and then I will give you a comprehensive plan on how to accomplish those goals. I can teach a beginner and tutor those in school right now. If you are seeking on leveling up your cooking or baking game or just want to be able to cook anything in your pantry for your family. I will teach you what to have on hand and how to create a menu that makes sense for you. If you want to start a home bakery and learn how to make money part time from home I can teach you the laws and how to advertise and get the business you want quickly.
