About Alex
I've worked in Finance (EY, DMGT, Unilever, RMS) and hold a degree in Finance from Durham University. I've also trained as an Executive Coach with the AoEC in London. I've been interested in holistic living since a young age and have accrued over 8 years of personal meditation and self-development experience. Helping people lead holistic lives of abundance is my passion.

My approach varies from person to person. Depending on where you are in your professional/personal life and what it is you'd like to work on, we might work on performance tasks and changes, or we might focus more on the meaning you assign to things that are causing you issues. My approaches therefore vary from being directive through to more Gestalt work. It all depends on your requirements.
