About Paul
My name is Paul Mgayi
I have been part of the fitness industry for well over 5 years now and have gained a tremendous amount of practical experience within the industry on top of the very theoretical knowledge which I had gained while I studied.
Being active in the industry helped me utilize the workload and knowledge I had learned while studying as well as incorporate the knowledge I gained through my experience in the industry.
I have worked as an assistant manager for a sports club, as a fitness/personal trainer, as a conditioning coach and a sports nutritionist as well as a sports massage therapist and I am currently working at a local Sports Science Institution. My goal is to assist in making your journey within the industry a much enjoyable and very beneficial one through equipping you with the much needed tools and knowledge to tackle the industry the best and most optimal way possible. I will pass over unto thee learned and gained knowledge on Exercise Physiology, Health and Safety, Bio Mechanics, Applied Anatomy, Sport Nutrition, Sports Massage, Screening of individuals as well as the exercise programme designing thereof as well as business management.

Theoretical knowledge is good, but gaining knowledge from an individual who has been active in the field itself and has got the experience of more than 5 years within the industry is so much beneficial seeing that we are exposed to more day to day challenges which occurs in our line of work. I am here to help pass over both my theoretical knowledge as well the knowledge I gained from the experience within the actual field of the fitness industry. You will be equipped with the right and very much needed tools to step out into the industry ready to reach heights that are beyond expectations.
