About Maryna
I am an artist and architectural graduate from Ukraine and currently live in Melbourne. Having two passions in my life, I currently work full-time in an Architectural Studio, as well as running my Art Business. In my art practice, I love experimenting with new techniques - from traditional oil painting and anatomic drawings to cutting out metal sheets, working in 3D software, exploring woodworking tools and glass melting. I never stop searching for something new. I am autistic (Asperger's syndrome), but people would never notice it if I didn't say it - although I think it is important to list it here. My top life values are respect for people, kindness, comfort and curiosity as a work approach.

Whether you are an Artist struggling to market your works, wanting to take lessons to improve your skills, or just exploring crafts, I'd love to help. I worked with kids, tutored in Art School, developed and ran art courses for private studios, and gave private consultations to artists at the beginning of their art business journey.
Artists often face challenges at different stages of their journey—improving skills like anatomy or oil painting, marketing their work, and shipping a finished piece, reaching out to galleries and cetera.
My approach is to guide you through the entire process: from creating art and upgrading your skills (if you need it), to building your audience and selling your work. I can assist in various stages, like forming the idea with sense, creating a piece in various techniques (including the academic approach if you wish or going beyond the traditional painting materials), photo shooting and editing, posting on social media/selling platforms, setting up your website, recognizing scam, running ads and email campaigns, applying for galleries and art fairs, packaging your work and shipping etc.
I also stand for a respectful, calm and kind atmosphere in my lessons. I am an autistic tutor, so everyone's comfort is my top priority. If you choose to come to my studio - I'll make you a cup of tea with my best biscuits, and we'll emerge in a delightful, informative and fun conversation/painting session.
