I'm an avid triathlete that enjoys spending time in the water whether its recreationally or when training for an event/race. I've worked over the years to improve my swim technique to be more efficient in the water and how to be safe when swimming in lakes or the ocean. If you're interested in open water swimming for triathlon, I have experience and tips to make you a better athlete especially when swimming around others.
