My name is Jake, I moved to Brazil because my wife, whom I met in the U.S, is Brazilian and was moving back to her homeland. I fell in love with the place, the people and the culture and decided to learn everything that I could! This included learning the language, and now I try to give back by teaching others

My lessons are easy-going, focused on conversational skills. A lot of students have mental blocks when it comes to pronunciation and conversations, I like to stimulate the ability to talk without having to deal with these barriers.
I also enjoying giving grammar lessons in a way that is intuitive and easy to grasp, without much complication!
