About Dan
I am a retired high school administrator and instructor. I have 50+ years of experience. I have been named teacher of the year both by my local community and recognized by the University of Missouri.
I was an original board member of the Missouri Scholars Academy, helping establish the framework and policies for its implementation.
I have taught students ranging from special needs to merit scholar finalists and have helped them to succeed and advance.
I have a B.S. in Education and an M.S. in Secondary Education from the University of Missouri. I have a lifetime teaching certificate in the state of Missouri. I also have 60+ graduate hours past my Master's degree, including Rice University, University of Missouri, Concordia University Wisconsin.

I can help a student understand concepts, terminology, and theories of Psychology by breaking items into manageable units.
I make use of updated data, I have an easy conversational presentation of material. I can help the student to feel comfortable and confident learning the complex terminology necessary to succeed.
My experience, I have taught thousands of students. I can help high school and first-year university students help succeed in the Introductory levels of Psychology.
