About Shifa
I live in a slum area. Around me when I was in school I used to see kids my age working without the knowledge of science, Einstein or graphs and books. One could see the hunger but alas not everything is possible for everyone. So I took it up on me, that I'll try to reach to as many as kids as possible. Atleast let them know the basic maths and science and more about the language they speak be it Hindi, Marathi, Urdu or English.

While lockdown I bet every teacher has gotten extra creative and so am I. Presentations, sheets and flowcharts are an obvious part of my lessons. Most of the times, visuality is simpler and easily grasped. And I take that as a privilege to me as I find myself comfortable in that style of teaching. I prefer mentoring my kids not the textbook words but the essence of the topic. Unless you get that 'Ahha' Click I'll not stop.
