With an eye for leadership, a concern about tomorrow's youth, and a mission to educate and lead by action, Dr. Tekemia Dorsey continues to inspire her community through impactful publications, leadership programs, and more.
As the leader of successful business ventures such as DTD Enterprises and all its subdivisions, Dr. Tekemia Dorsey has dedicated her knowledge, experience, and resources of over 30 years to helping young people in her community grow and thrive as active members of society!
Dr. Dorsey has always been an accredited author and writer in her community, and in late 2022, she released 65 new book titles suited to serve as solutions and beacons of guidance for young people in her community.
Today, she stands as a world-renowned teacher, speaker, trainer, and author, with a long, successful track record that can be seen in her community and in the lives of young people that have chosen to follow her programs and join her teachings.
Dr. Dorsey has had a long track record in the world of sports, and serves as a coach, athlete, and race director. She served on the USA Triathlon board of directors, Race Director Committee, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Access Committee, Commissioner of the Co-Ed Christian Softball League, and more.
Her passion for sparking change in the hearts of young, talented people is what drove her on her journey, and it's what allowed her to become the best-selling author and multi-talented professional she is today. She earned her Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and Master of Education in Guidance & Counseling from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
Away from writing, coaching, and training, Dr. Dorsey is a loving mother of 4 children who rely on her for guidance, and who've already followed the same athletic path and became triathletes and compete on the local, state, and national level, with the youngest three being the co-founders of the Junior Multisport Club under Dorsey's leadership and guidance.
Dr. Dorsey's programs, products and services birthed executive youth leaders on the local, state, and national levels, all of whom have derived from urban communities. These executive youth leaders continue to break the cycle of poverty in their lives.
