About Umm-e-
Over the past decade, I have had the blessing of guiding hundreds of students from around the globe, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and many other countries. My students range from young children who are just beginning their Quran journey to adult females who want to correct their recitation and deepen their understanding. With patience, dedication, and love, I ensure that every student feels comfortable, motivated, and confident while learning.
I truly believe that every child and female deserves a peaceful, respectful, and supportive environment to learn the Quran. That is why my online classes are designed to be flexible, one-on-one, and focused entirely on the student’s pace and needs. Learning from home should be easy and stress-free, and I make sure to create that safe space where questions are welcomed and progress is celebrated.
My teaching method is simple yet effective. First, we focus on correct pronunciation and Tajweed rules so that every letter is recited beautifully, just as it was revealed. Then we move on to fluency, memorization, and understanding the meaning. For kids, I use engaging techniques, repetition, and positive encouragement to keep them interested. For females, I provide a calm and understanding environment where they can learn at their own pace without any pressure.
Alhamdulillah, many of my students have completed Nazra, started Hifz, and improved their recitation tremendously under my guidance. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the smile on a student’s face when they recite a Surah correctly for the first time, or when a parent tells me their child now loves to read the Quran daily.
Beyond just teaching recitation, my goal is to help students build a strong and lasting connection with Allah. I also include basic Islamic Studies, Duas, manners, and stories from the Quran so that students not only recite but also understand and apply the teachings of Islam in their daily life. The Quran is a guidance for all aspects of life, and I try my best to reflect that in every lesson.
Technology makes it possible for us to connect no matter where you are in the world. My classes are conducted through Zoom, Skype, or WhatsApp video call, with flexible timings to suit different time zones. I provide regular feedback to parents and students, monthly progress reports, and revision plans to ensure consistent improvement.
