Experience Water Differently Professional Swim Coach for All Ages and All Levels

Kevin is a strong and confident swimmer with a good understanding of all four strokes. For freestyle, focusing on a better high-elbow catch, keeping his hand entry aligned, and controlling his legs to reduce drag will help improve his efficiency. He has a strong foundation and should see good progress with these small technical adjustments.

Thibaut is a strong athlete with an excellent understanding of the water and learns very quickly. His biggest focus now is maximizing the tools he already has through better stroke efficiency and technique.

One of the main challenges is his runner's feet, which make ankle flexibility and propulsion a bit more difficult. His body alignment and streamline are already very close to where they should

Abigail and her daughter Isabel were a pleasure to work with. Isabel already has a solid foundation in front crawl and back crawl and is progressing very quickly. She's a smart swimmer, catches on to new skills fast, and responds well to feedback.
The next steps will be improving her flutter kick, strengthening her streamline and glide, and refining her freestyle breathing technique. With a bit more work on these areas, especially the kick and maintaining a strong streamline, she'll have a very strong front crawl technique.
Abigail was kind, punctual, and very supportive throughout the lesson. It was great meeting the family and working with them, and I look forward to seeing Isabel's progress in future sessions.

Winnie and her son Ryan were wonderful to work with today. They are clearly an active and athletic family, and Ryan already has a good foundation in both freestyle and backstroke.
Ryan had previously been introduced to breaststroke, but his kick mechanics needed some adjustment, particularly with foot position and flexibility, as most of the movement was coming from the top of the feet rather than using the correct whip kick technique.
In freestyle, his head position was slightly high, causing him to plane on the surface and work against the water instead of gliding through it efficiently. This was making him tire more quickly after a few strokes. Ryan also has what many coaches call "runner's feet," meaning ankle flexibility is more limited, which can make flutter kicking more challenging initially.
What impressed me most was how quickly Ryan recognized and corrected these issues. He adapted to feedback immediately and made noticeable improvements within a single session. He's a fast learner with a great attitude, and I expect him to progress very quickly with continued practice.
Winnie was kind, supportive, and a pleasure to work with as well. It was great meeting both of them, and I look forward to seeing Ryan's continued development in the water.

Terrell was an excellent student to work with. Despite having a previous negative experience in the water, he approached the lesson with a positive attitude, strong focus, and a genuine willingness to learn.
He asked thoughtful questions, understood concepts quickly, and adapted exceptionally fast to feedback. During our first session, he made impressive progress in breathing, floating on both front and back, kicking, body position, and overall comfort in the water. By the end of the lesson, he was already putting together skills that many beginners take several sessions to develop.
What stood out most was how quickly he was able to adjust, learn, and apply new concepts. It was genuinely enjoyable as a coach to watch someone adapt and improve so rapidly throughout a single session.
Terrell is highly coachable, learns fast, and puts in great effort. I look forward to seeing his continued progress in the pool.

Jonathan has very strong leg power and good motivation in the water. He learns quickly and already has a solid base understanding of freestyle and backstroke mechanics.
One of the main areas to improve now is learning how to better control and connect the kick with body position and timing, so the energy from the legs transfers more efficiently through the stroke instead of creating extra drag or fatigue.

Fritz has very strong confidence in the water, especially coming from an open water swimming background. He adapts quickly to feedback, communicates well during coaching, and showed strong motivation throughout the session.

His shoulder movement and overall effort in the stroke are already working well. The next areas of improvement are mainly streamlining and body alignment to reduce drag and move more efficiently through the water. We also worked on cleaner hand entry, avoiding slapping the surface, and improving arm recovery timing and relaxation during the release phase of the stroke.

Overall, he learns quickly and has strong potential for continued progress with consistent technical work.

Belinda has a very strong swimming foundation for her age and level, especially in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. She demonstrates excellent water confidence, good endurance, and strong overall technical awareness. Her freestyle base is already well developed, and she shows strong potential for further competitive progression.

Areas that can continue improving include breathing rhythm under fatigue, shoulder rotation timing, kick efficiency, and better toe control/pointing to reduce drag. In breaststroke, a bit more work on arm coordination and maintaining a stable head position will help improve efficiency and speed even further.

Overall, she is a very coachable swimmer with a strong technical background and great potential moving forward.

Communication with the family was excellent throughout the process as well. They were very friendly, organized, and flexible with scheduling, which made everything smooth and professional.
