About Alisha
I have been an RN for over two years. I began my nursing career weeks before the pandemic began. My nursing career has been a roller coaster but I have learned so much. I work mainly on a surgical and urological floor but float all over the hospital (except ICUs and ED). I love to learn new things and then share what I have learned. I strive to follow the newest EBP in my practice to benefit my patients and improve their care. I am currently working on getting my BSN with MSN classes mixed in.
