About Angela

I am a Spanish language instructor with over 13 years of experience teaching adults in different institutions. Currently, I’m the President of a Spanish Language school in Edmonton. My degree is in Modern Languages and Cultural Studies. My major is combined Spanish/French with a minor in Linguistics at the University of Alberta. I am a native speaker of Spanish from Colombia and I love teaching and seeing you progress both in the language and cultural fields. I’m kind, friendly, outgoing, and bubbly. About the lesson

My approach to teaching languages is communicative and task-oriented. I teach you grammar with a purpose and a use. I use a lot of speaking practice from day 1 and allow you to enjoy the challenge. I believe in giving you a little bit more than you know in order to increase your knowledge step by step without making it overwhelming. I am approachable and because I have been learning multiple languages myself, I can relate to you in the language learning process.
