About Emanuele Silvio

I am a master student (Theoretical Physics) at Imperial College London with a passion for scientific research in condensed matter theory and material science. I am highly motivated to help students with their work and to help them achieve great results. I am fully bilingual in Italian as I have lived in Italy before moving to London to study at Imperial College.

In high school I have tutored Maths and Physics. At Imperial College I volunteered as a tutor and mentor of Physics, helping undergraduate students to achieve excellent grades. Having experienced both the Italian and the British educational system I have developed a variety of different approaches that I use to tackle and to overcome learning difficulties. Theory indeed represents a significant part of the learning process. However, in science subjects, I believe, from experience, that it is even more important to work through exercises and past exam questions together side by side with the student.

Beyond tutoring, I play volleyball and play the piano. I am a well rounded person and I promise will do my best to make your tutoring experience as enjoyable as possible.
