About Dana
Thank you for considering me as your tutor! I am a creative and enthusiastic individual with eight years of experience in helping teenagers and adults achieve their English learning objectives. I have a background in teaching ESL, ESL for business, resume writing, job interview practice, essay and short story writing, and reading. I prefer an interactive approach to learning, using hands-on activities and visual aids. I strive to incorporate these lessons into the real-life experiences of each student as I strongly believe that students learn faster and remember better when they can connect the lessons to their personal lives. Teaching students from various backgrounds and cultures is something I truly enjoy. Being a lifelong learner, I find it fascinating to learn from my students just as much as they learn from me. When I'm not tutoring, you can find me writing stories, tending to my flower garden, or engrossed in a good book. I'm excited to assist your student in exceeding their learning goals.
