I'm always focused more on HOW to study instead of just trying to memorize the material. It is much easier to remember when you understand! Students need lots of encouragment and a positive attitude. You can do anything you set your mind to!
Student can bring their school work to me and ask questions, or if they is a topic they need extra help I can provide practice problems and we can do them together. If there is a test to study for, I can go over the material and provide some tips and tricks to help them ACE the exam.
