My methodology is to first demystify Mathematics, making my students fall in love with the subject. I assure my students that no question is stupid. I use things they can relate with to explain principles to my students. The excellent communication and interpersonal skills I have developed in my work years have helped me in bonding with people and transferring the knowledge intended.
