About Delina
I am currently a KS 2 and KS 3 teacher, preparing students for entrance exams such as 11+, 13+ and various scholarships. My aim is to give each individual enough confidence in their understanding of maths by using reliable methods that will help them not only to secure their knowledge but also encourage them to love this subject.

I tailor each lesson to the individual by establishing the confidence baseline of a particular concept. Then I link the topic to real life wherever possible so learning has value and purpose in a wider context. Vocabulary for the topic, and a reliable method is taught and followed with written practice. Frequent reviews are done down the line to ensure knowledge remains secure.
