I have had the opportunity to provide high quality educational services, including the teaching of academic subjects and test/study skills, as well as methods to manage test anxiety, to junior high school through college students, assisting them to overcome obstacles to their learning. More specifically, my background as a counselor provides the foundation for tutoring students with special needs. I am caring, compassionate, and patient, all of which are characteristics necessary to work with students who are struggling academically.
