I have extensive experience in delivering individual and group lessons. However, I do believe that the one-to-one method is the most efficient since it gives the possibility to design personalized learning strategies to address specific students' needs, interests, characteristics, personalities, and goals! I can offer a large variety of fun activities to provide a complete and enjoyable immersion in all aspects of Art. Last but not least, the accessibility, the clarity, and my visible enthusiasm with which I conduct my lessons ensure constant pleasurable experiences throughout the process of learning.
My name is Antonietta, I am a native Italian teacher and speaker, coming from a beautiful city in the northwest of Italy called Turin. I have an innate passion for all forms of Art and after graduating at Liceo Artistico, I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts. During those years I developed a strong passion for teaching and, after obtaining a Master's Degree in Literature and Philosophy with Major in History of Art, I started my career as a History of Art instructor in a private high school and as a private tutor.
I have no hesitation in recommending Antonietta,I had the pleasure of working with her whilst she was living in the UK.
Antonietta was very professional, extremely talented, very trustworthy and anyone working with her will be rewarded with a great experience.

I’ve known and worked with Antonietta for three years now, and during that time she has cooked for me, given me rides, and introduced me to several Ingmar Bergman films. During the lively discussions I’ve shared with her regarding Italian cinema and culture she has often impressed me with her knowledge and passion for the subject. She even taught me how to properly pronounce my own Italian surname. Overall I consider her a delightful friend and coworker with a love of languages and art.
Antonietta is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping others with her native language. Last year at this time she helped me plan an Art history itinerary for my Italy vacation. She helped me with basic tourist Italian. She truly seems happiest when sharing information on all things Art and Italian.
Antonietta was an employee of mine in NYC.
Antonietta is an extremely consciences amd thoughtful individual who is adept at breaking down learning tasks into component parts to make it easier to learn. When we worked together she was who I would rely on to train new employees for her professionalism, manner and thorough instruction.
I met Antonietta three or four years ago when she began working for me at a fine art museum. There I witnessed her friendly nature and intelligence. On occasion she helped me learn some Italian phrases and to my delight, helped me to correct my horrible Italian pronunciations. Additionally, she is very good with people so I think she would be a wonderful teacher.
I met Antonietta quite a few years ago when she and I found ourselves in the east of England, working at an Italian restaurant in England. Her vivid personality, intelligence and passionate nature made me want to keep her friendship even after I, and soon after she too, moved to a different part of the world.
Eventually we figured that she should teach me some Italian, and frankly, I don't think I could have wished for a better instructor. When it comes to teaching, Antonietta's philosophy is that the focal point in exchanges between her and her student is the latter. As such, she doesn't simply deliver information but pays close attention to how receptive the student is to the material presented to them, and tweaks and adjusts her delivery to elicit maximum engagement from the student. Her intelligence, passion, kindness and humorous streak will ensure that you have fun while learning. And if your goal is to learn things about Italian culture, as well as pick up some language, you can count on her for that too!
Antonietta has been my Italian teacher for one year. I can only recommend her to other people who want to learn Italian in a efficient, fun, and personal way. Her classes are really helpful and organized and you notice that she cares a lot about her students as she adapts her lessons to the needs of the individual students. Antonietta is a very reliable, caring, and patient teacher and I learned so much! Thank you!
Antonietta Is an excellent teacher not only is she very patient and respectful but she also is very passionate about making her students feel comfortable .
She has a lot of different methods of teaching and making it simple for her students to comprehend the subject.
Antonietta is an Italian-born woman who has lived in England and America extensively. Her grasp on both Italian and English is exceptional. She is patient, lively, and knowledgeable, and is the ideal language teacher.
