About Robert
I was a criminal trial lawyer; taught in a law school; guest lectured; coached 8th grade football at a college prep-academically excellent high school, and thus I was required to teach juries, to teach students, and student-athletes; this was done on a variety of subjects from the Constitution to the presumption of innocence to what is a "reasonable doubt" and, on the field, to the progressions of the triple option, and how best to execute the four/three, cover two!

I teach by elevating the twelve citizens, the student, or student-athlete to a level of understanding utilizing all the tools of visualization, demonstration, and the creation of exhibits or the somewhat rudimentary technique of play-acting. The visual demonstration is critical to learning in that 86% of what the average person sees, he or she retains, whereas only 23% of what the average person hears, are they able to retain.
