I believe every sport shares a common language when it comes to body mechanics, balance, and weight transfer. Because I actively play a wide variety of sports, my teaching approach relies on cross-referencing concepts. If you already know how to throw a baseball, snap a towel, or position your feet in tennis, I will use those familiar movements to help you master table tennis and badminton much faster.
Badminton Lesson Focus
Badminton is a game of explosive speed and tactical positioning. Our sessions will focus on:
Footwork Agility: Moving efficiently around the court using standard splits and lunges to conserve energy.
Shot Mechanics: Mastering the correct forearm rotation and wrist snap for powerful clears, drops, and smashes.
Tactical Gameplay: Learning high-percentage shot selection and positioning for both singles and doubles.
Table Tennis Lesson Focus
Table tennis is all about precision, spin recognition, and quick reflexes. Our sessions will focus on:
Spin Management: Understanding paddle angles to effectively control, read, and counter heavy topspin or underspin.
Stroke Consistency: Building muscle memory for reliable forehand and backhand rallies.
Serve & Placement: Developing deceptive serves and precise ball placement to dictate the rhythm of the match.
