About Andrew
I am a college graduate with a BA in Business Administration. I have lived in Spain for 2 years as an English teaching assistant. I have also lived in Guatemala for 3 months with a homestay family and speak Spanish with advanced fluency. I have also acquired my TEFL certification to teach English. I have also had previous personal tutoring experience with 2nd grade English learners. I am flexible and open to take the learning process as it comes, and I am very easygoing and patient. I am super excited to know some more about you :)

With over 2 years of teaching, I feel that my lessons can be perfectly tailored to each student's needs. I believe that language learning can be fun and is more than just a process. I am happy to meet students where they are, and am always patient with the process. A typical lesson involves reading real books, having true conversations, and tailoring a lesson to not only focus on the grammar aspects. As a tutor who has been to many various countries, I feel that I have a benefit towards students learning English as Spanish speakers. I speak Spanish quite fluently, and understand what it takes to learn a new language. I also have my TEFL certification with 140 hours of learning.
