About Dulansa
My name is Dulansa Fernando, and I am a dedicated Biomedical Science student who has always achieved the best academic results throughout my studies. From school days, I naturally became the one who helped low-scoring friends improve their understanding, uplift their grades, and discover their true potential. Seeing them succeed inspired me deeply. Teaching has been my passion since childhood, and helping others grasp difficult concepts has always been something I truly enjoy. This love for teaching, combined with my strong academic background, naturally guided me to pursue tutoring as my career. My goal is to make learning simple, enjoyable, and effective for every student I teach.

My Lesson Structure (1 Hour Session): First 30 minutes – Teaching the lesson I explain the topic in a simple, clear, and engaging way so the student fully understands the core content. Next 20 minutes – Questioning & Revising We go through exam-style questions, past papers, and quick revision to strengthen understanding and improve exam technique. Final 10 minutes – Brainstorming We recap everything learned, discuss tricky areas, and summarise key points to lock the knowledge in the student’s mind.
