About Noor
My name is Noor and I began my journey in combat sports as a fighter. Through years of training in boxing, kickboxing, MMA and Jiu-Jitsu, I developed a strong passion for both the physical and mental benefits these disciplines provide.
That passion is what led me into coaching. I enjoy helping others build confidence, improve their fitness, develop real skills and achieve goals they never thought possible. Whether you’re a complete beginner, looking to get in shape, learn self-defense or take your training to the next level, I’ll tailor sessions to suit your own unique goals and experience.
