About Ken

I am a business lecturer, management consultant, and adult education specialist with over 20 years of professional experience and 14 years of college-level teaching experience. I have also taught at the university master's level and hold a master's degree in international development and humanitarian action, supported by academic training in adult education, human resources, and management.

Throughout my career, I have worked with businesses, educational institutions, and international development organizations. I have more than 25 years of experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including immigrants and international professionals. Speaking English, French, and Spanish has strengthened my understanding of cross-cultural communication and the challenges of adapting to different professional environments.

My leadership philosophy combines sound management principles with practical experience. I believe effective leadership can be developed through reflection, practice, and continuous learning. My teaching is participatory and learner-centered, connecting leadership theories with real-world situations.

About the lesson

My leadership lessons combine 14 years of college-level teaching experience with over 20 years of business management and consulting experience. Whether you are a new manager, an experienced leader, an entrepreneur, or a professional preparing for career advancement, lessons are tailored to your specific goals.

My approach: I use practical leadership scenarios, case studies, guided discussions, self-reflection, and problem-solving exercises to connect leadership theory with workplace realities.

- Team motivation, communication, and conflict resolution
- Strategic thinking and decision-making
- Change management and organizational culture
