I've been able to attend two of Chef Mitchie's classes.. 1 a holiday gift box cake session and the other a cupcake topper class. What I loved most about both classes was the high energy fun environment and the clear informative direction Chef Mitchie provided as an instructor. She took the time to provide help when it was needed, gave options if an ingredient needed to be substituted in real time, and sparked individual creativity in the project. I will most absolutely sign up for another class when she is back in town!

The class was well organized and everything we needed was provided for us to learn a new cake decorating technique. An added bonus...Mitchie always makes everything fun!
