About Georgios
I’ve started my career in Greece. I have qualifications as chef, pastry chef, baker and butcher. I’ve worked in various hotels and restaurants in Greece, UK and Aotearoa for 15 years, and mastered my craft. I want to teach and share my knowledge and skills of this industry to students wanting to become professional chefs. Or to home cooks that are passionate for the craft.

Let me guide you into the craft of cooking. You will learn from basic cooking techniques to highly specialized techniques. From tradition to evolution. I have 15 years of professional cooking experience in Greece, UK and Aotearoa. I’ve trained dozens of young chefs to become professionals. 2-hour long lesson for every level or age.
